  1. Access and Registration

    • You must be 18 years of age or over to use this Site.
    • You are free to browse many areas of the Site without registering. However, if you want to place an order, access purchased content or access certain other parts of the Site, then you will need to register.
    • You must ensure that all the information you provide when you register or place an order is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
    • If your registration details change, you must edit them in My Profile.
    • Our Subscription Services (see further Clause 4 below) can only be accessed via log-in details provided by MNG Tracker after your subscription service has been successfully processed.
    • The log-in details for each registration/Subscription Service account are for use by a single user only. Please do not share your log-in details, or allow those of any Authorised Users to be shared, with any other person as you will be held responsible for all activities that occur under these passwords and/or accounts with or without your knowledge.
    • If you become aware of any misuse or unauthorised use of your log-in details, including those of any Authorised Users, then you must inform MNG Tracker immediately by sending an e-mail to info@mngtracker.com.
  3. Content & Services Available on the Site


    MNG Tracker provides some content on the Site for free and some content that we charge for (e.g. full reports, market data etc). You can purchase this content at the prices stated on the site or access it by subscribing to a service that includes such content. Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

  4. Free Content


    1. MNG Tracker offers unlimited free access of the contents for Free Subscribers. To access the sites information and data just need to register on the site. Please see below for details of how subscribers are permitted to use this content. Permission to use free content

    3. You can use the content that we make available for free on the Site for your own reference use only in connection with your business to view online, download one or more items of it onto the drive of one hardware device or print one copy of one or a reasonable number of items, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. All other rights in relation to our free content are reserved.

  6. Content for Purchase


    1. MNG Tracker offers for purchase market reports, country reports, global reports and company profiles ('Report(s)') in digital format for download from the Site. For details of how you can use this content please see below.
    2. All reports is purchase subject to the terms of a single user ("single-user license") or multi-user license ("multi-user license") Agreement. At the point of purchase you will either select a Single User License, CD-Rom Mail Delivery, Hard Copy Mail Delivery or a Multi-User License the conditions of use are described below:

      Single User License (PDF + CD ROM)

      This license grants the right of use of the purchased report to a single recipient only (normally the person who buys the report). You may access the material on your computer, as and when required, for your own personal use. You may also print multiple copies, solely for your use. Under this agreement, the report (either full or in part) should not be redistributed or reproduced in any form. Unless a Single Site License or Global Site License is purchased, a Single User license must be purchased for every person that wishes to use the report within the same enterprise.

      A PDF version of the report will be sent by MNG Tracker to your user email address whereas CD-Rom copy of the report will be sent by MNG Tracker to client's shipping address in standard 2 business day delivery.

      Single Site - Multi Users License (PDF)

      This license grants the right of use of the purchased report by the employees of a business unit at a particular site / office location. The report may be accessed on the computer of any employee within the business unit. You may also print multiple copies for use by employees at the same location. Apart from this, the report (either full or in part) should not be redistributed or reproduced in any form. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the report is kept secure and isn't made available to any third party.

      Global Site - Multi Users License (PDF)

      This license entitles the buyer of the report to share, distribute the report (either full or in part) with other employees of the same firm / enterprise. The report may be accessed by any employee of the enterprise and there is no limit on the maximum number of prints which can be taken. However, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the report is kept secure and isn't made available to any third party.

      Subscription Services

      MNG Tracker offers Subscription Services comprising a variety of digital content (including report stores, reports data, market share, drugs details, industry view etc.) which can be used that content into various formats as available from time to time on the Site. MNG Tracker has right to disable subscription services or change the access right anytime without prior notice to the subscriber. However, subscriber can terminate their subscription services at least one month prior notice.

    4. When you buy any of our subscription services, what you are buying is the right to use it (or extracts from the same) for your own reference in connection with your business in the following ways only:-

      • to view it online;
      • to download one copy of that digital content in an available electronic format;
      • to store that content in electronic format on the drive of one hardware device;

    6. You may not use the content in any way not permitted in Clause 4.3, in particular:

      • You may not offer the content for resale.
      • You may not scan, photocopy, fax, or in any other way reproduce or copy the content.
      • You may not share the content with anybody else.
      • You may not distribute the content whether by electronic mail, over any network or otherwise.
      • You may not upload the content to any database or server.
      • You may not display the content on any website or intranet.
  7. Reliance on Information of Products


    Commentary and other materials posted on our reports and subscription services are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. We try to ensure that information and content in the report and other places is accurate but please note that all information and content in the report and on site is provided on an "as is" basis and you assume total responsibility and risk for your use of it. We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

  8. Liabilities


    • i. The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.
    • ii. Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
    • iii. Subject to clause (ii), any indemnities, warranties, terms and conditions (whether express or implied) are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
    • iv. Subject to clause (ii), we will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent on negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with these Terms of Use for any:
    • a. Direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by you in connection with our site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our site, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it; or
    • b. Economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, data, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or
    • c. Loss of goodwill or reputation; or
    • d. Special or indirect losses; or
    • e. Any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable suffered or incurred by you arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use.
